Andy Ip was recommended by a friend and having seen excellent reviews, decided to commission his company to help.
He is polite, friendly and most importantly, listens to what you want. He will advise and discuss without bullying you into doing things you do not want/need. He is always available to help if you have any questions.
It is never cheap when you commission an architect, however he is worth every penny for his professionalism and reliability. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Andy Ip of Design AI.
